Welcome to the GEMS website!The Genetics and Environmental Mutagenesis Society (GEMS) is a regional scientific society headquartered in Research Triangle Park, NC. GEMS has a diverse membership that shares a broad interest in environmental health and genetics. GEMS offers two annual meetings (spring and fall) of considerable thematic diversity in the fields of genetics and genomics, with an emphasis on the effects of environmental exposures on genomic integrity.
